Poise Microliners Review

 

Who of you out there suffer from light bladder leakage (LBL)? I know that this may be a sensitive subject for many of you but I want to let you know that you are NOT alone.

As I got older and started having children I noticed that I wasn't able to hold my bladder as well. And yes, I have a little leakage every now and again. It is a very embarrassing issue for me but I know that there are many women and even men out there who suffer just like I do.

I'm being open about the issue so that you don't have to feel like you need to hide.  Did you know that over 45% of women suffer from light bladder leakage? I didn't either until I did a little more research.

There are many causes for light bladder leakage such as stress, caffeine, obesity as well as many other triggers.

Many of you know that when you have children your body changes tremendously. After having three children of my own it's hard to control things down under lol When I laugh to hard, or sneeze or even cough. Even when it's close to "that time of the month" it's hard for me to hold back.

So what can you do to help prevent accidents when your out and about? Well let me tell you that Poise has been a life saver for me!!! When I received the Poise Micro-liners I truly didn't think they would work. They were so tiny lol How can something like this hold anything that might come out of me? I normally just use sanitary napkins which are thick and bulky and aren't really made to catch anything other then what they are made for.

 

 

The micro-liner Poise pads are specially designed with a material that catches little leaks! Poise calls it SAM (super absorbent material.) They also eliminate most of the odor. The first time I used these I actually took along an extra pair of pants just in case. But I didn't need them! I was amazed at how well these little babies worked!

As embarrassing it is to have light bladder leakage, I no longer feel like I have to worry about accidents anymore! I feel confident every time I leave the house!

I shared my sample pack with my aunt, who also suffers from leakage. Yes she gave me permission to say that lol She liked them so much she went and purchased some more with the coupon enclosed in her sample!!!

I personally really liked the Poise Micro-liners because they are small and can fit discreetly in my purse and they work great! Would i recommend them? Absolutely!

Listerine UltraClean Mouthwash Review

I received a full size bottle of Listerine UltraClean Mouthwash free through Crowdtap in return for my honest and unbiased opinion of the product! All opinions are my own.

I have always loved the Listerine brand and that is what I currently use now. However, I had not tried the UltraClean one before now.

I was not surprised to find that I really liked this particular one just as much as I like the others I have used in the past! It left my mouth feeling very fresh and clean. The ultra clean did surprise me in the fact that it didn't have that normal "burn" like the other Listerine products I have used.  So it made it easier to swish for the 30 seconds it recommends!!

It is "Cool", which you can see in this awesome picture of my Listerine wearing sunglasses!! Fashionable right?!! Hold the applause please!!

So I've been using this for over a week now and I will definitely be adding it to the Listerine products I already use! I like to switch it up every now and then so I don't get bored!

I really felt like my mouth was cleaner and fresher and just as the other Listerine, The UltraClean fresh feeling lasted all day long!! It left my mouth feeling like it was squeaky clean!

Listerine products clean your mouth better then brushing alone. If your just brushing your teeth, you could be missing 75% of the nasty bacteria. So why wouldn't you try Listerine? I use it and I totally recommend this product! I have and will continue to purchase!

Litter Genie System Review

I received a Litter Genie System free through Crowdtap in return for my honest and unbiased opinion!

 

I have heard a lot about the Litter genie from commercials and from Youtube videos but have never had a chance to try one before now, as they are not available in my area. Depending on where you purchase they can run anywhere from $15-$20 just for the system. Refill bags are sold separately and run anywhere from $9-$15.   I received the entire system that included 1 refill box, pail, and scoop.

   

I even personalized it for My cats!

I was very pleased at how easy the system was to put together and how easy it was to use.

The product promises that it will keep litter odors at bay for up to 14 days without emptying. It does as promised. It actually holds quite a bit of litter and keeps the odor from seeping out into your living space. I have been extremely pleased with what this product has provided for my household!

My cats came over and checked it out but unfortunately i didn't get my camera out fast enough to get a picture of them rubbing up on it and checking it out lol but i did get some great pictures of my kitty cats which i will add at the end of my review!

The only downfall I have found with the Litter Genie system is that I can't find any place around my area that sells it. I will have to order my refill bags online. Which is really no biggie. Just have to make sure I order it before I run out so that I have it available when I need it. Other then that i really enjoyed trying this product out and recommend for anyone who has feline children! Another plus is that if you also have puppies, they aren't able to get into it and....well those who have cats AND dogs will understand lol

I will continue to use the Litter Genie System in my home!

Scott Naturals Tube Free Review

I received Scott Naturals Tube Free free through Crowdtap to try out in return for my honest and unbiased opinion!



I received a 4 pack of the Scott Naturals Tube Free toilet paper! I've never purchased this particular Scott product before. I am familiar with this brand as i have purchased other products from this brand. All I kept thinking to myself was that this was going to be a poor quality, fall apart product. The tube holds it all together right? Well no...no it doesn't! I couldn't believe how thick and durable this toilet paper actually was!

So why the tube? Well honestly, there really is no reason to have a wasteful tube in your toilet paper!

I have learned through doing this challenge that, as Americans, every year we throw away enough toilet paper rolls to fill the Empire State building TWICE. That's a lot of trash.

So if everyone purchased this product it would save a little more room in our landfills, save more trees and leave a cleaner planet for our children later on. Yes, I understand that we have a long way to go in making our world clean. But why can't we start with something as simple as getting rid of toilet paper tubes?

I shared my toilet paper experience with a family member! My Auntie Laurel, who I just absolutely adore! She's my second mom! As you can see from the pictures, we had a lot of fun with it. Oh and that's my fat cat Squeakers behind her!  Her words about Scott Naturals Tube Free were "Holy cow this stuff is great! 'Look Ma no tube'. Where can i get more of this! How many tubes are thrown away? Really Wow, i never imagined it was so many". Her face shows the surprise she had while we talked about it!

 



You can see that having no tube doesn't affect the way it goes on the toilet paper roller. And when the roll runs out, you just grab another and stick it on there. One less step to take while changing the roll!

Another great thing about this product is that it doesn't cost as much as one would think. In visiting the Wal Mart website I found that you can get a 4 pack mega roll for less than $3. That's a great value considering other brands are more than $5 for the same amount of TP. If you want the quality thick double ply.

Ricola Revitalizing Herb Drops Review

I was chosen to try the new Ricola Revitalizing Herb Drops free through Crowdtap in return for my honest feedback about the product. I received 1 package containing 18 drops, Lemon Zest flavor and a sharing guide.



I had never tried the Ricola brand before receiving it free through Crowdtap, so i wasn't sure what to expect. I always just purchased my normal brand of throat soothing drops. I have always seen the commercials on T.V. but never gave them a second thought. I always did the Riiiiicolaaaaa, and i just know your doing it now aren't you? HAHAHA           .......Anyway!

The suggested dose on the package states to use 2 drops at a time. The back of the package reads "Ricola Lemon Zest provides B vitamins, in combination with a mixture of Swiss alpine herbs and Ginseng, in a natural and refreshing way".

The drops tasted really good and just like they say on the package, like lemon zest! I truly enjoyed the taste! I've learned through my challenge that Ricola makes their products out of all natural herbs. They filled this particular one with B vitamins in an effervescent center to help revitalize you during the day! I do have to say they work as promised! It didn't give me like a caffeine boost but just enough to help me!

I really enjoyed this challenge and learned a lot about a product that I hear a lot about but never tried. I enjoyed the product so much that after I handed out some to friends, I went to the store and purchased some more as well as other flavors.

I have been recommending them to everyone! They aren't much of a price difference then my normal brand so it was easy for me to decide, I am switching my brand to Ricola! Zep Cleaning Product Review

I had the opportunity to try Zep cleaners for free through Crowdtap in return for my honest opinion!

I received 5; 4oz bottles of Zep cleaners: 3 Quick Clean disinfectant and 2 All-Around Oxy cleaner and de-greaser



I started out by cleaning some of the door frames in my house. I have to say it worked wonderfully! They were pretty nasty and hadn't been cleaned since.....WOW, since we purchased the house 3 years ago...I know I know, shame on me HA. Well let me tell you, they are clean now! The Zep quick clean is fantastic at getting dirt and grime off of door frames, walls, tables, counters and even worked on a dirt spot on my hardwood floors! Something my mop kept missing.

 

The Zep All-Around Oxy cleaner and de-greaser was a bit disappointing. My stove top was pretty bad but I would expect a de-greaser to do a better job. I did get a lot of the grease off but it left a lot too. Even when I let it soak. i scrubbed and cleaned 3 times before I gave up and used my normal cleaner.

   

The cleaners had a pleasant sent and didn't have that normal overpowering chemical smell other cleaners have. And I also like the fact that these are safe around kids and animals. I must warn you. I suggest wearing gloves when using this, or any other cleaning product or you will end up with fingers like mine....



Overall, I think the Zep Quick Clean Disinfectant is wonderful and I will continue to purchase and recommend the product.

The Zep All-Around Oxy cleaner and de-greaser, on the other hand, will not be added to my cleaning routine and I would not recommend for big jobs like my stove. It will work for smaller not so baked on messes but not something like what I cleaned.
