Waves Of Love By Lori Ann Mitchell Book Review

8f36fe663f9ad75d0e5a873c880bb8c815cdb9b1

This is a classic romance where boy meets girl and they fall in love! Based on a beach in Florida, Sage has a book store and meets a young gentleman named Derek, who teaches her how to surf..... The only thing is, she is older then him. Now I can't tell you everything lol You will have to read it yourself!

In today's society, age doesn't seem to be a factor for many.  The "age doesn't matter" is more often then not. I feel this has the realistic aspect of today's romances and a lot of people can relate.

It's a short 15 chapter book so it didn't take me long to read it. In fact, once I started reading it, I had a hard time putting it down. I normally don't get into the whole romance genre but this was a really good story! And I can't wait to read book 2 of the series! I would recommend it for a good short read!

Book review- Money: Master The Game by Tony Robbins

I was given the opportunity to read the first chapter of Tony Robbins new book Money: Master The Game. I received this free through Smiley360 in return for my honest opinion.

In reading the first chapter of the book I am no closer in wanting to make more money then I was before. Although he does have a few good points, this is not a book i personally would be interested reading in it's entirety.

Tony Robbins tells in the book that there are 7 simple steps to take in order to become financially free. That if we follow these steps we will never have to worry about bills, food, shelter and other necessities we may need in our lives.

So who wouldn't want to make easy money and not have to work?

In my opinion, if it was as simple as following just 7 steps, then why isn't there more rich people out there then the 1%? I don't think this book will tell me anything different then I already know. I did read the entire chapter but I found it very difficult. It didn't hold my attention at all. I promised to read it so i kept that promise.

I do not believe that life is all about making money. Even if his tips worked I don't think i would be any happier then I already am. I believe that a person can make their own happiness whether they are wealthy or not. In fact i know some of the poorest people who have the richest most fulfilling lives!

I do have to give Tony Robbins credit. He has a great enthusiastic personality from what I read and saw on YouTube. He gives a lot back to the community! In fact all the proceeds to this book are being donated to the "Feed America" foundation which i think is wonderful!  You can learn more about the foundation here www.feedamerica.org

As for me, I will continue to live life just as I do without the help of the 7 steps to financial freedom. I personally do not have any want to purchase this book. But others who would like to check it out can do so here   https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/23014006-money-master-the-game

Remember that with every order, Tony Robbins will be donating to Feed America.

Review for The book "Invincible" By BRIAN F. MARTIN

I had the privilege to read the first chapter of Invincible by Brian F. Martin Free through Smiley360. All opinions of this review are of my own.

The book is about families faced with Domestic Violence. It focuses mainly on the children who grew up in a situation where their parent was abused.

I myself did not grow up where my parents were abusive to each other, but later in life, became a victim of an abusive relationship. So reading the first chapter of this book gave me a whole other realization and chills. My children faced a lot of challenges and heartache that i did not realize. I knew they had been affected to a point but i did not know of how much an impact this had on children. They had to witness horrible aspects of my relationship that i never would have wanted them to see. The physical and mental abuse i endured scarred them for life. I stayed because i was married and thought i could change his behavior just by being "perfect". All i did was make things worse. The better i thought i became, the worse he got. Thankfully i had someone help me! I had a family i had never met offer their home and their kindness. Was i scared? I had never been so scared in my life! But i took the jump that possibly saved my life and the lives of my children!

I was so moved by the first chapter of the book that i took advantage of the pre order. I recently received a DVD of the family this book is mainly based on. I sat down with my current husband and my son and we tearfully watched their story and the pain they all endured. I am patiently awaiting for the book to be released and sent to me because i can't wait to read the entire book.

Domestic violence is a bigger problem then most realize. The statistics, based on research done by the author, are truly scary. " More than 1 in 7 adults in the United States, or 40 Million people, lived with domestic violence as children."   Crazy right?

I would highly recommend anyone who has lived with, dealt with, or knows someone who has or may still be in a situation, to order and read this book.

No one should have to go through such horror in their lives, especially children. If you know someone in the situation, don't just stand back on the sidelines, do something to help them. don't be one of those "I don't want to get involved" people. Because if no one makes that call, that might just be the last time you hear that persons voice. NO ONE deserves to be beaten and the children of domestic violence surely do not deserve to watch as a parent or loved one is beaten before them.

I truly recommend everyone purchase this book! It will open your eyes about how children are also affected by this growing epidemic.
