I weighed in this morning at work and was pleasantly surprised to see that I had lost another 3 pounds!!! That's right, I am down to 167!!! A total of 9 pounds in two weeks! I kinda slacked this week so I truly wasn't expecting to lose that much! I'm so proud of me!! I checked my pedometer for the week and so far I have walked 25 miles!! It doesn't seem like much based on an entire week but for me it was a great stepping stone! I am planning on pushing myself even further this week and adding in my weight watchers stability ball workout 3 times this week! I'm telling you guys, this 10 minute workout video that comes with the ball, will kick your butt! And that is exactly what I need!
