I picked this particular supplement due to the fact that I have joint pain from Arthritis. I was hoping that it would help to relieve some of the pain. It also claims to help your hair, skin and nails to become healthier. I can always use the help in that area lol

When I received them I was a little overwhelmed by the size of the supplement. They are quite a large pill to swallow.
But I put on my big girl pants and started taking them. The results are worth it!
I have been taking them for about two weeks now and have found that my hair feels thicker, stronger and is growing faster.
My nails have started to grow longer and faster. I get my nails done with the gel set so I can't honestly tell you if they are stronger.
I can't really tell if my skin is any healthier but it is a bit early to tell for a long term result.
Now for the main reason I picked this particular supplement, my joints! I normally wake up every morning with stiff joints and moderate to severe lower back pain. I am constantly "popping" my back just for the temporary relief. When I started taking the supplement, I really didn't know what to expect. I have been extremely impressed with the results in this area! I do still have slight pain and stiffness but not near as bad. And I find myself getting out of bed when my alarm goes off instead of hitting the snooze button several times!
