My Thoughts:

I couldn't wait to get my new Shark Steam Mop in the mail. I have hardwood floors all throughout my house and it is crazy hard to keep them clean.  When I opened the box, everything I needed was included, even an extra mop head.

I can't believe how easy this was to put together. I had the Shark Steam Mop ready to use in less than 5 minutes.

The steam mop was easy to work and got my floors looking like they were brand new again. When I was finished all I had to do was press a button and the mop head came right off and was ready to throw in the wash for the next use.
