My Thoughts:

As many of you who know me, know I suffer from stress and anxiety. I have also struggled with my weight. I have tried a lot of products that promise to help with both of those aspects and in fact, have found some very good ones. When I got the chance to try the Green root Wellness Detox Cleanse Tea I was excited. Not only do I love to drink tea but try to find ones that are good for me as well.

When I received the package, I immediately opened it to try it. The first thing that I noticed was the resealable bag. I love that I can do that and the tea doesn't go stale. The smell of the tea is amazing, it's a mix of fruity and a nutty smell to it. There is a decent amount of tea in the bag and if used as directed will last the 14 days recommended for the detox.

I love that the tea is completely organic so I know I'm putting something good into my body.

The instructions tell you to use a teaspoon of loose-leaf tea in a tea filter or tea infuser. I personally used it with the tea filter and also tried it with my Keurig. The only difference was that the tea wasn't as stout using the Keurig as it was with the filter. Both ways, however, tasted great. I prefer the filter because you get more of the tea but in a pinch, the Keurig works.

As for the stress relief and weight loss aspect of the tea. I have noticed that my stress levels during the day are a bit more manageable and I have lost a few pounds since drinking the tea. I can drink the Detox Cleanse tea any time of the day.
