My thoughts:

I have tried different brands of probiotics and most do what they say they will in the fact that they regulate and help with digestive issues. The B4B Probiotics is similar in the fact that it does what it states it does!

I like the fact that the company took extra care to make sure that those with allergies would be able to take these. When someone has a peanut allergy or may be on a Gluten free diet, these can still be taken without the ill effects allergies have on the body.

The bottle I received contained 90 Capsules. If taken as recommended then the bottle will last for 1 month. The capsules are a cream color and fairly large. If you have a hard time swallowing larger pills than these may be an issue for you.

The recommended dose is 3 Capsules a day, 1 with each meal. The capsules were fairly easy for me to swallow but I did not like having to take so many. When taking them I didn't notice any aftertaste or any other bad effects and they didn't taste bad while taking them.

I have noticed that I am no longer having digestive issues and have stayed pretty regular throughout taking the supplement. It hasn't caused any stomach pains and actually made me feel better then I have in a long time.

I still do not like to take 3 pills throughout the day but the pros of this product outweigh having to take the supplement. I would recommend these to others as a great way to get your tummy on track and keep it balanced!
