Can Love survive a long distance relationship?
A contemporary romance unlike any other!
Just when Sage and Derek are getting serious about their relationship, change sweeps through the tiny little town of Seaside, Florida. Derek is offered a "visiting writing professor" position at a small college in Southern California that will take him away from Sage for the next five months. Though both agree it's an opportunity Derek can't pass up, being apart takes its toll on both of them. When Sage kisses another man in a moment of weakness, she pledges to tell Derek the truth”"if only she can get him out of the arms of the sexy visiting professor living across the hall in his dorms!
My thoughts:
This is the third book in the Waves series and I love it just as much as I did the first one! In the first book, Sage meets Derek in her book store and things heat up as they make a start for themselves. Continuing their relationship in book two, Derek is transplanted to California for his work over a few months. Will that distance threaten their relationship or can they endure through the loneliness of being apart for so long?
The author continues to wow her readers in this dramatic romance between Sage and Derek. I am captivated by her works and every time I read one of her books I have a hard time putting it down and can't wait to read the next one. This is a realistic relationship that can hit home for so many. Struggling to keep their relationship from dwindling from the distance between them, they fight to keep the love alive!
About the Author:
I was born in Miami and as I became of age moved to the east coast and studied in one of the Ivy league schools.
A few years later I became a senior partner in a major law firm located in New York City, my current residence and the best city in the world.
When I am not looking for love, I write about it.
The stories are based on my own experience; the men described are people I have actually met in other circumstances.
I use the pen name Lori Ann Mitchell (it rhymes with my real name) as I can't reveal my true identity due to my career.
