I'm not much of a drinker but every once in a while I will splurge and have a glass of wine or sometimes something a little stronger. So when I got the opportunity to try the Leaf Vodka I was a bit excited!
I was actually pretty shocked that I was sent 2 bottles! But then again I am not complaining. This will last a long time at my house!
I tried the green bottle first made with Alaskan Glacier water. I really like that it has a cork top on it compared to other twist cap bottles. This is a unique feature for this bottle. I could smell the alcohol content as soon as I opened it up but it wasn't an overbearing smell like others I have tried. I tasted it by it'self and then with some orange juice.
I was impressed with how smooth it was going down. It didn't burn so much that I couldn't stand to drink it and when added to my orange juice I could hardly tell that there was anything in it at all. Very smooth!
The blue bottle came next, made with Rocky Mountain Mineral water! I was equally impressed with this Vodka as well! It also had the unique cork top to it that I like so much! This particular Vodka had a bit more of a kick to it. You could definitely taste it in the drink.
For those of you looking for a great tasting Vodka without a huge bite then this is the one to get! I do not drink very often but when I do feel a bit thirsty for an adult beverage, the Leaf Vodka is what I will go for! I would recommend it nut warn to drink responsibly!
