Speed Jump Rope Review

If you are looking for a fun way to lose some extra calories, then this product is perfect!

This jump rope is made of high quality materials and can be adjusted for whoever uses it!

When I first got the Jump Rope I was thinking to myself, "This is going to be interesting." I have not jumped rope in over 15 years lol

I adjusted it for my height and looked up a jump rope workout video on Youtube.......I tried to find the shortest one because I didn't want to overdo it on my first try. I did feel a little intimidated at first then thought it nonsense.

I have been trying to lose weight and felt this would be something perfect for me. It looks fun and from what I can remember as a child, was easy. LOL I was soooo kidding myself. I could only do two minutes of the seven minute workout I found. One really finds how out of shape they are when trying to jump rope! I'm sure the neighbors were looking out their windows laughing at me as well! I was laughing at myself!

I did, however, have fun and tried again the next day! I find the more I use the jump rope, the easier it is for me to use!

I really like the integrity of the product. It's light weight, yet very sturdy. I love that it is adjustable so that anyone can use it. I think that is very important when making a purchase because you can personalize it, not just for you but for anyone in the household who wants to enjoy the benefits. I also like that it came with a little bag for easy storage! It makes it convenient to put in a drawer or in your gym bag. It's small enough that you can take it pretty much anywhere you go.

The only thing that I didn't like about the product was that it's thin and every time I missed a jump, it would hit my leg and really sting. But I'm sure the more I use it, the less that will happen. I blame it on human error haha!

I recommend it for anyone wanting to add something different and fun to your workout routine. If your like me, and a bit out of shape, I would start off at a slow pace and work your way up. And definitely make it a fun experience for yourself! This is a great product for beginner and expert jumpers!
