My Thoughts:
I did some research on flax seed oil and it's uses and was pretty impressed with what it has to offer! It's main use seemed to be as an anti inflammatory agent. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and my joints hurt all the time. So being able to try the flax seed oil was a blessing for me. Now does it work?
It has helped to decrease the joint pain somewhat but I haven't taken it enough to see the long term effect of it. Now I do have to say that the supplement pills are a bit large and hard for me to swallow. They are coated so that helps but with the recommended dose being 1-3 pills, I think it was a bit much personally for me. I have only been taking one per day. The bottle contains 90 pills so for me this will last 3 months!
The supplement also is used for other things as well, such as heart health, anxiety, and even digestive health. With so many great benefits for flax seed oil, the pros outweigh the cons.
