I don't know about you, but I like to try and stay organized...I say try because I am terrible at it 😊 I use a daily planner to put my appointments and work schedule into it...but I needed something more for a long term goal.

Not a lot of you know, but I suffer from anxiety and chronic depression. I currently go to counseling and one of the things that my counselor and I work on...is setting goals. Baby steps to help deal with the anxiety and feelings that I keep bundled up. She suggested doing a vision board or something similar so that I have something to fall back on when I am in one of my bouts of depression.

The planner has tabs that separate the months and on the back of the page, it's blank. I use that blank page to place pictures on that have to do with my goals. It's my vision board inside my life changer! I can put pictures of places I've been that made me the happiest, or places I want to go. Feelings I identify with that will give me positive feedback.
