I was really excited to be able to try these Push Up Bars! Incorporating something different into my workout routine and making it more of a challenge. Boy, I will tell you, these help make it a great challenge. Especially when a person is not use to doing such things!

 The first day I got them I thought to myself, OK, I can do this! Easy peasy.......NOT. My plan was to do at least 10 push-ups...I made it to 2! The next day I pushed myself and did 4! I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but for someone who hasn't done a push-up since grade school, this was a huge accomplishment for me! I can definitely feel the burn! Each day it gets easier and i'm able to do more then the day before!

Now, onto the review

The product it'self is very simple and easy to put together. I set the bars into the base and that's it. They have an easy grip handle on them, making it easy and comfortable on your hands. I was afraid that they would slide, as I have hardwood floors, but they stayed in place while doing the push-ups.

The only issue I had with the push up bars was that when I picked them up to store them, one of the bases separated from the bar. The other stayed in place. I think it should have a better fit so they don't come off when they are picked up, but also need to be easy to take apart for storage purposes. 

So, if your looking to get a great workout and tone many areas of your body at once, this is a great product. It doesn't take up hardly any room and comes apart for easy storage. 

I recommend this for anyone who is wanting something easy to put together and has easy storage options! Great for beginner to expert in fitness!
