I had never heard of this product prior to trying it so I wasn't sure what to expect, or even what it was used for. I did some research and found some very interesting aspects of what it can do for the body. Everything I searched showed amazing things.

Turmeric is a spice used in other countries, mainly India, on foods. In my research I found that is extremely helpful for those suffering from inflammation. Chronic Inflammation can reek havoc on the joints causing severe pain and can be, in some cases, debilitating. There are many prescriptions out there on the market that can help with this issue but do you truly know what you are putting into your body? Turmeric is a natural spice that won't cause the bad side effects that human-made medications cause.

Turmeric has also been proven to help boost antioxidants in the body. helping to keep the body healthier and reduce free radicals in the blood. This also helps to reduce the risk of depression and Alzheimers.

In my opinion, I would rather take something that is natural than I would take something that is man-made and may cause serious side effects on my body.

The bottle that I received contained 60, 750mg capsules that are orange in color. The color of the capsules match what the Turmeric spice looks like. The capsules are the size of a normal type supplement and I only had to take one per day. I really appreciate that I didn't have to take the supplement more than once per day and it was only one pill.

The supplement didn't taste bad and was easy to swallow. It didn't leave any after taste when I took it. I like that aspect because I truly hate taking medicine or supplements that leave a nasty taste in my mouth.

I think the Turmerex brand takes great pride in their product and has their customers in mind when developing the products!

After taking the supplement for 2 weeks I could tell a slight difference in the way my body felt. I have a lot of Inflammation and I hurt all the time. So to actually feel a difference in the pain I deal with on a daily basis was amazing!  I feel that if I continue to take this product that I will have great results in the future! I would highly recommend this to anyone who suffers from chronic inflammation as well as anyone who wants to help decrease the chances of getting Alzheimers and depression. There are many other great aspects to Turmeric so I would encourage those who have never heard of this spice, to do your research! I would also recommend the Turmerex brand to anyone!!
