I have taken many supplements to better my health but finding the right one to work well with my body is extremely hard to do. All supplements are NOT created equal. So when I got the opportunity to try the SYBA Omega3 Fish oil I was a little skeptical.
Fish oil supplements often leave a nasty fishy aftertaste and bad breath. This particular brand has done it's best to take that aftertaste away and replace it with a pleasant lemon flavor!
When I first opened the bottle and smelled the supplements, all I could smell was a fishy smell. I thought to myself that these are going to leave that aftertaste. But once I started taking the supplements, I was extremely surprised to see that they didn't leave that taste. The lemon flavor was very subtle, so it wasn't an over powering lemon flavor. It was just enough to know that the supplement was there.
The supplement was about average in size and fairly easy to swallow. Those who have issues swallowing may have a hard time getting this particular supplement down. They didn't taste bad when I took them, it almost had a sweet taste to it, most likely from the coating surrounding the fish oil.
After taking the supplement for a period of time, I feel that it has helped in many aspects of my health. Will I continue to take this particular brand of fish oil? Absolutely! I feel that it compares well with other brands and works in keeping me healthy. I would recommend it to others who are looking for a great fish oil supplement to add into their daily routine.
