This is an interesting book. The recipes look really easy to make and sound delicious. I am always looking for a healthier alternative for my family when cooking, so I thought this book would make a great addition to our library!
Now I also have to admit that it would be very hard for our family to completely give up meat products in our meals. But adding some of these dishes into the meals themselves sounds like a wonderful way to implement healthy aspects.
In the beginning of the book it gives the good and bad of the foods we eat. How, when implementing vegetarian foods, can help you lose weight. Reducing the fat intake that your body gets and putting "green" foods can help you to become healthier and have more energy. This book gives you many tips and tricks to leading a healthier life.
There are a few grammar errors but nothing that will make it hard to understand.
It's broken up into sections so it's easy to find breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
I really enjoyed incorporating some of these recipes into our family meals and would recommend this book to anyone who is wanting to live a healthier lifestyle or even cutting meat completely out of their diet. Each recipe that we tried seemed to get better and better! I would recommend it to anyone!!
