I was almost scared to try the Body Fat Caliper, only for the fact that I really didn't want to know how much fat my body has. It was very simple to use and I feel accurate in it's measurements. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but still more then I wanted. I like that it has a little locking area so when it's removed you don't have to worry about the measurement being moved out of place.
The body tape measure helps to keep track of how many inches you are losing while working out. This is perfect for those who are starting out a new routine and want to keep track of how your body is changing! It has a notch in the side where you can easily wrap it around the area you want to measure and the push button on the top retracts so that you get an accurate measurement of the area. I didn't have to use both hands or get help in measuring my arms, hips or legs!
Most of you already know that I have been on a personal weight loss journey and didn't measure before I started my first 6 week challenge. Now I can accurately keep track and add this to my journey!
