My thoughts:
I am all about trying to tighten and tone my mid section but I often forget that there are other areas of my body that need help as well. With the Ultimate Toning and Firming wraps I am able to place them anywhere i feel i need them. So in that aspect they are very versatile!
It was easy for me to open the package. All the directions for use are written on the back of the package and are very easy to read and understand. Once the wrap was out of the package I easily unfolded it and placed it on the area I was wanting to tone and wrapped the area with plastic wrap to hold it in place!
The wraps have a slight smell to them but fades within a few minutes. Once I had finished the allotted time to keep them on, I undid the plastic wrap, took off the wrap and rubbed in the remaining gel that was left.
I didn't see any results the first time I used the applicator but after the second and third one, I did! I think this is a great value for what you get because you only have to use one every 4-5 days. Most other products such as this would have to be used every 2-3 days. I would recommend it!
